Value for money

Under €12 for a steep-slope Riesling from a traditional estate with a double 90-point endorsement for the previous vintage – excellent value.

Goes well with

Oysters, mussels, shrimp on bread or trout fillet.

The estate

This family estate in Brauneberg in the Middle Mosel can be traced back to 1605 and produces only Riesling – from dry to nobly sweet. At its centre are the two Große Lagen Brauneberger Juffer and Juffer-Sonnenuhr, pure south-facing slopes on Devonian slate right beside the river.
