Pan-fried prawns with mango, Asian cooking with a little heat, cold sliced Rhenish Sauerbraten, mature mountain cheese.

The estate

This family estate in Spay is one of the most important producers in the Bopparder Hamm, a steep slate site facing mainly south with gradients of 30 to 70%. On around 14 hectares, 88% Riesling grows on weathered Devonian slate, spread across the Große Lagen Feuerlay, Mandelstein, Ohlenberg, Engelstein, Fässerlay and An der Rabenlei.
